From procurement to software.

I spent nearly eight years in procurement — first at an international trading company in Istanbul, then as purchasing coordinator and purchasing manager at a manufacturing plant in Romania — sourcing raw materials and packaging from China and across Europe.

That work showed me where operations really break: in the spreadsheet nobody trusts, the form retyped three times, the file only one person understands.

In July 2025 I moved from procurement into IT and started fixing those breaks myself.

LUMAISTRA S.R.L., founded in Ploiești in 2026, offers that method to teams that still run on paper and Excel — and builds apps of its own. It is one person, and that person is me.

How I work

  1. A dry run before any data change.
  2. Every figure traceable to a source.
  3. AI-built work always disclosed as AI-assisted.

Who I work with

Plants and offices in Romania that still run on paper and Excel — and anyone who needs a website or an app built properly.

What I won’t claim

  • Hands-on experience with named ERP systems.
  • A GDPR certification badge.
  • Client testimonials I don’t have yet.

Languages

Turkish (native), English, Romanian (advanced), French (intermediate). Work delivered in English, Romanian and Turkish.

The name “LumAIstra”

Lum (light) · AI · stra (layers). The logo’s three layers and the line of light through them are the idea: make each layer of the work visible, so a person can see clearly before deciding. It’s a small company built on one person’s experience — when you work with LumAIstra, you’re working with me.
